Dear Beautiful...
Well, I hope I find you well, I know you are because you are a fighter , yes I know you are, and yes I love it when you point at yourself looking around and asking as if you don't know that you are beautiful, modest I like that about you too. I thought i should write this letter to you as a reminder. Knowing you the way I do, you take too much time focusing on the external factors affecting your life. YOU WORRY TOO MUCH about things that are really not important. You need to create time for yourself, yes be selfish at times for your own good. You are constantly worried about and for other people. You care too much about what other people think about you, what they will say if you do this, how they will take it of you do that. You care too much about other people you forget to do the exact same things you do for them, for yourself. Now listen to me, this is a list of things you should always remember when you lose yourself, when you forget about you:
1. You don't owe anyone anything and nobody owes you anything at all, work for your own wealth and be proud of it after the achievement
2. Listen to your body, listen to what it is telling you, sometimes you need to take a break, drink lots of water, rest, sleep well, eat well and skip a rope as well as dance here and there, you never know where that problematic face acne comes from, why you always feel tired, listen
3. Its all about you, allow yourself to love you, to give you care and attention, hug yourself , spoil yourself you deserve it
4. Allow yourself to love and be loved, how can someone love you when you cannot even love yourself , know yourself better ,take yourself out , have silent conversations with yourself and embrace the beauty that you hold inside out
5. Allow yourself to be vulnerable, to feel, that's how you live. Take some time off from this noisy busy world and allow yourself to just feel and be in silence, breathe , give love even when they do not ask it from you, open your heart, and love even if they hurt you, it has a natural way of healing the wounds, but never forget how you got hurt in the first place
6. Live your life to the fullest, you deserve it ....
Beautiful, always remember this and live your life to the maximum and leave a mark in the world ...

Hello loves, hope i find you well, live and kicking. I thought i should just share one of my therapies i prefer to use when i feel down or like I am not being fair to myself.I write a letter to myself to appreciate me. it is important to take time to acknowledge how beautiful and worthy you are every other day, because you really are. Take time to appreciate yourself because there is only one you... Try it sometime and read it loud now and again,like physically on a piece of paper and keep it with you. Renew it when its torn. Maybe you will like it more than you had imagined in the first place...
